Presentation Submission
Brief Oral Abstract, Featured Poster & Poster Presentations ONLY: A link to upload your digital presentation (Adobe PDF) will be emailed to the presenting author before mid-April. If you did not receive the link, please contact cinp2023-program@cinp.org.
The duration of your invited talk was provided in your invitation letter. If you are unsure of the length of your presentation, please contact cinp2023-program@cinp.org.
- Plenary Speakers: 30-40 minutes
- Symposium Speakers: 20 minutes
- Special Sessions: Please contact cinp2023-program@cinp.org for duration
Presentation Slide Preparation:
- Please use the CINP 2023 Presentation Slide Template to prepare the PowerPoint Slides. Slides must be in 16:9 format.
- Your assigned presentation number will be forwarded to you in April in a final confirmation letter.
- Please be in the room for your session 15 minutes before the start time of the session. Presenters are asked to bring their presentation on a USB to upload their slides (PPT) to the laptop provided.
Oral presenters will be given the opportunity of a 15-minute presentation, including a 3-minute Q&A.
Presentation Slide Preparation:
- Please use the CINP 2023 Presentation Slide Template to prepare the PowerPoint Slides. Slides must be in 16:9 format.
- Your assigned presentation number will be forwarded to you in April in a final confirmation letter.
- Please be in the room for your session 15 minutes before the start time of the session. Presenters are asked to bring their presentation on a USB to upload their slides (PPT) to the laptop provided. The Session Chairs will start and end strictly on time.
Brief Oral Abstract presenters will be given the opportunity of a 5-minute presentation, including a 2-minute Q&A and submitting a PDF of the presentation for viewing on the mobile app.

- Your assigned presentation number will be forwarded to you in April in a final confirmation letter.
- Please be in the room for your session 15 minutes before the start time of the session. Presenters are asked to bring their presentation on a USB to upload their slides (PPT) to the laptop provided.

CINP would like all presenters to submit their presentation slides to be included for viewing on the mobile app.
- Your presentation slides submitted on the platform must be in Adobe (PDF) file format.
- The submission link will be provided to the presenting author by mid-April for submission by April 26, 2023.
Featured Poster presenters are asked to prepare a printed poster. They are also given the opportunity of a 5-minute presentation (incl. 2-minutes Q&A) and submitting a PDF of the presentation for viewing on the mobile app.

- Featured Poster Presentations will be limited to 5 minutes, including 2 mins Q&A time.
- The electronic poster slide should have a maximum of 1 slide.
- Slides must be in 16:9 format and animations are not supported.
- Please be in the room for your session 15 minutes before the start time of the session. Presenters are asked to bring their presentation on a USB to upload their slides (PPT) to the laptop provided.

CINP would like all presenters to submit their presentation slides to be included for viewing on the mobile app.
- Your presentation slides submitted on the platform must be in Adobe (PDF) file format.

Prepare Printed Poster:
Featured Poster presenters are asked to prepare and print their poster(s) for display at the conference. It is important to set up your slide to a size that is proportional to the printed size of the poster.
- Prepare a printed poster with a maximum poster size of 1040mm (wide) x 1040mm (high) – portrait format
- Push pins will be provided to the presenters to attach his/her posters
- Your assigned presentation number will be forwarded to you in April in a final confirmation letter.

Mandatory Poster Display and Session Attendance:
Featured Poster Presenters must place their printed poster(s) and be present during their assigned Poster Viewing session. Presenting authors who do not comply may be at risk of having their abstract(s) rejected at future CINP congresses.

All Featured Poster Presenters are to display their posters on their assigned poster viewing day. Any posters not removed by the end of Poster Takedown time will be discarded by management.
