Registration fee includes:
- Access to all scientific sessions
- Access to virtual sponsors & exhibit hall
- On demand viewing post event for 90 days
Registration Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations will not be refunded. However you may transfer your registration to another individual latest by 15 April 2022. All cancellation requests must be sent via email to scsasm2022-registration@icsevents.com. Transfer requests must come from the original registrant and include the original registrant’s name, membership level (if applicable), and invoice number as well as the details of the new registrant. Registrant transfer will be accepted with written permission of the original registrant and with approval of the SCS ASM Registration Manager.
Registration Substitution
Registrant substitutions of equal levels will be accepted only with written permission of the original registrant and with approval of the SCS ASM Registration Manager. Substitution request deadline is 15 April 2022 via email scsasm2022-registration@icsevents.com.
Substitution requests must come from the original registrant and include their original registrant’s name, membership level, and amount paid.
Registration Confirmation
Confirmation of your registration is sent via email immediately upon receipt of online or cheque payment. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact scsasm2022-registration@icsevents.com.
