Accommodation
The Congress Secretariat (International Conference Services Ltd.) is the official housing bureau for CINP 2023 and will assist delegates with their housing requirements. A limited number of guest rooms at Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth will be offered to delegates at discounted rates and will only be available through the online registration form. You must register for the Congress before you can book your accommodation. Please do not contact the Hotel or make a reservation directly with the Hotel.
The success of the 2023 CINP World Congress (CINP 2023) depends on delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors using the official Congress hotel, Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth. Contracted room obligations cannot be met if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotel or book hotels through channels other than the official Housing Secretariat. Rooms that are not filled through the official channels create an expense for the Congress in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of the Congress and the Association at risk.

*Rates are charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and based on single or double occupancy, plus 3.5% Accommodation Tax, 5% Federal Goods & Services Tax (GST) and 9.975% Provincial Sales Tax (PST).
Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional CAD 40.00 per night. There is no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents. Maximum occupancy per room is 4 guests. The room rate includes complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.6.

PAYMENT TERMS
A credit card is mandatory for every reservation and must have an expiration date on or after June 2023. The Hotel will charge the non-refundable, full stay to the credit card on file 30 – 45 days prior to arrival. If you wish to change the credit card provided, you may do so no later than Tuesday, April 4, 2023.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or reductions in room nights must be made no later than April 4, 2023 in order to avoid a penalty charge equal to the full stay. Cancellations or reductions in room nights after April 4, 2023 will result in all room nights being charged to the credit card on file. No refunds will be issued for No Shows.
